Why Veterans are leaving their first job.
According to a Military Times Survey from 2015, 65% of Veterans leave their first civilian job within two years and 44% leave within one year. Well, I am now part of that statistic.
What has been going on with myself
I have had a lot going on in the last few months and I just wanted to provide everyone an update. After retiring from the Army, I took my first “real” job. However, because of various factors, I made the decision that the position was not a good fit for me. So I am now in job search mode all over again.
